What is included in the price?

The general scope of our Umrah programmes is visa and Nusuk fees, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transfers, flight tickets, half-board meals, the Makkah and Madinah visits, guiding service, a tawaf bag and a gift. The Ramadan Umrah also includes Quran al-Karim education, the itikaf and the Laylat al-Qadr programme. It can differ per programme; the final list is stated in the written contract.

Are prices per person, and does the room type matter?

All prices are per person in a quadruple room; 2, 3 and 4 person room options are available. For the Umrah for Parents (Vefa) the overland price is 850 USD and the flight price is 1,150 USD. The room type affects the per-person amount; the exact difference is confirmed in writing.

How is accommodation arranged for the Rajab and Siyer-i Nebi programmes?

Both programmes plan 3 nights in a hotel in the central area of Madinah and 12 nights at Mahd Al Resala 1 in Makkah.

How is accommodation arranged in the Umrah for Parents (Vefa)?

7 nights are spent at Mahd Al Resala in Makkah, near Jannat al-Mualla cemetery and Masjid al-Jinn and about 1.5-2 km from the Kaaba. In Madinah, 3 nights are spent in a hotel in the central area, within walking distance.

Are there child discounts?

Yes. In all programmes, children under 12 receive a 20 percent discount and children under 2 a 30 percent discount.

Can I join from outside Istanbul?

Yes. Departure is from Istanbul; a pick-up service brings guests from other cities (about 30 USD extra per person). The overland option is available in all programmes; in the Vefa Umrah the overland route departs from Hatay, and a pick-up service to Hatay is arranged from other cities.

Does the Ramadan Umrah include education?

Yes. In the Ramadan Umrah · Quran al-Karim Umrah, Quran al-Karim education runs in separate groups for women and men; the itikaf and Laylat al-Qadr programme are included. The programme starts one day before Ramadan and runs about 35 days, until the third day of Eid.

Does the Siyer-i Nebi Umrah cover Ramadan?

The programme runs from 24 January to 9 February 2027 and covers the first two days of Ramadan (8 – 9 February 2027). Daily Siyer lessons are included in the price; participation is optional.

Is the Makkah work programme an Umrah programme?

No, it is a separate programme covering the work visa process, employer matching, job placement, visa and residence, and official process follow-up. See the Makkah work programme page for details.

How do booking and payment work?

The payment plan is flexible according to the guest’s preference; after an initial consultation a written contract setting out the scope of services is issued and the plan is stated in that contract. The final price and availability are confirmed at the time of booking.
